Scottsdale, Ariz. - Pilates and Massage Collide at the Grand Opening Celebration of Remedy PM
When you open the doors to the brand-new Remedy Pilates and Massage Studio (PM), you will find a charmingly adorable
get-away for those looking to capture that perfect physique. Remedy PM is celebrating their grand opening during a day-long event
on April 25th. Clients and Valley residents are invited to the eco-friendly space located at 6949 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, Ariz.
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Remedy PM will have complimentary 30 minute private Pilates sessions, fifteen minute chair massages, and spinal
evaluations for those that want a taste of what the studio has to offer.
From 5 to 10 p.m., Remedy PM has teamed up with the Arizona Institute for Breast Health (AIBH) for a raffle, with proceeds benefiting
breast cancer research and awareness. Prizes will include: A Remedy Signature Massage, private Pilate's sessions, mat classes,
Pilates toe socks, massage oils and t-shirts.
At the event, guests will receive the 411 on acupuncture and nutrition. They will also learn about the different levels of Pilates that
Remedy PM offers, including private, duet and group Pilates sessions in mat, cardio, and circuit.
The wellness studio was started by a sister-in-law duo, Kelly and Amada Snailum back in November 2008, as national fitness trends continued
to point towards the popularity of mind-body programs. They created the welcoming space with an inspiration to offer clients superior facilities,
coupled with the industry's best-rated equipment.
"We make the needs and goals of Remedy PM clients our primary focus when they walk through the door. We want each person to
feel comfortable, appreciated and taken care of," says Kelly Snailum, co-owner and Certified Instructor of Remedy PM. "My sister-in-law Amanda
and I envisioned accommodating both disciplines, Pilates and massage, working together within a single, motivating atmosphere, and providing a true remedy for everyone."
Light, organic treats and refreshments will be provided for guests of Remedy PM. Guests will also be offered a savings on massage and Pilate's
